“With regards to the audio enhancement and transcription services provided for Op XXX.
Two persons X and Y pleaded not guilty at XXX Crown Court. Following a two week trial both were convicted
of drugs offences, X received 12 years imprisonment and Y received 12 months (suspended for three years).
 
It has to be said that without your work Y would not have been convicted and the overall case against X weakened
